AURA DISTILLERY
Our production includes unique delicacies, from jams made from dandelion, blackberry, raspberry, blueberry, fig, plum, and cornelian cherry to brandies aged up to three years — six months maceration, followed by natural sedimentation and filtration over two and a half years. The base of all our brandies is homemade brandy made from pomace, pear, or apple. In addition to traditional biska, medica, and teranino, we also produce brandies made from sage, cornelian cherry, carob, olive, almond, wild pear, wild apple, rose petals, rosehip, wild fruit, peppermint, plum, dried fig, as well as herbal, honey, bitter wormwood, bianca, and moscato brandies.
