Abelo produces high-quality products from and with honey. Honey from our own apiary is the main raw material for the production of all our products, and the recipes and production methods are unique. All products are handmade, resulting in multiple quality controls for each individual product. Starting from honey production, through honey blends, we arrived at the idea of distilling honey pomace and producing top-quality honey brandy (rakija), with a modern distillery serving as the backbone of the entire production process. We have developed recipes in which we macerated herbs and fruits in honey brandy, added honey, and obtained liqueurs of exceptional taste, aroma, and color precisely because of the special base in which the herbs and fruits are macerated. The production processes of our premium liqueurs and their recipes are based exclusively on natural ingredients and natural aging, as well as the maturation of the taste and aroma of the macerated fruits and herbs. No artificial flavors, colors, preservatives, or any non-natural ingredients are used.
