It all started in 2021, with a story of inspiration, creativity, and love for our homeland, Vrgorac herbs, and pure nature. A distillery was launched in the small town of Vrgorac, in Dalmatian Zagora, aiming to constantly create and release new, unique products that captivate from the very first sip. Led by our head distiller Jelena Majić Nosić and Drago Nosić, an experienced tourism manager, Poetica quickly became synonymous with top quality and artisanal craftsmanship.
