DESTILERIJA ZAVET
Founded in 1991, Destilerija Zavet processes only the highest-quality, hand-picked, ripe fruit from its own plantations. The brandies are produced through double distillation in copper stills. Aging takes place in oak barrels made of sessile oak with a total capacity of 100,000 liters.
In 2015, the development of the “ZAVET” brand began, packaging and offering to the market the brandies that had been carefully aged and nurtured for years. The distillery now offers 15 different products and is proud to be among the five distilleries in Serbia producing brandy with a protected geographical indication – “Šumadijska Šljivovica,” made following a special recipe and under controlled production processes.
